The Washington County grand jury charged a man with involuntary manslaughter from an August incident in Marietta.
Forty-year-old Faran Sebring is accused of pushing James Lapardus into the roadway in the 1200 block of Greene Street.
Lapardus was then struck and killed by a car.
Plus, a suspect has pled guilty in connection with a standoff last month at a Beverly residence.
Forty-five-year-old David Parker was sentenced to 90 days in the Washington County jail after pleading guilty to one count of domestic violence and violating a protective order.
He must also undergo a mental health evaluation.
