Some local officials are being incarcerated Friday, but not for breaking any laws.
The Fourth Annual Prisoners for Humanity Jail to benefit the Washington County chapter of the American Red Cross was held at the Lafayette Hotel in Marietta.
All of those locked up volunteered to be incarcerated in order to raise money for Red Cross programs and services in Washington County.
The only way to get out of jail is for the inmates to raise $1,500 for the charity.
While working off their debt to the community, the prisoners can be fed and heckled at! As a law-abiding citizen, you also have the option of keeping them incarcerated too!
