i thank the military every day not for our freedoms but for what they sacrafice to keeps us safe....and even though he pays taxes and owns the property he does not have the right to put up anything he wants although what he does put up he does have the right to... but that doesnt mean we all want to read it. my advice put a sign up on the inside of the deli with all these views he likes to share.. and put specials/store hours etc on the outside.. atleaste then customers will buy something before reading his views and saying wow the foods good but this guy is a shmuck poof the buisness you loose atleaste paid something before you lost it lol

I really wish people would look up the exact definition of "Freedom of Speech" or ask a lawyer what it means. We are so tired of hearing people claim that Freedom of Speech gives them the right to post whatever they want on a privately owned and run computer bulletin board or webpage. It does not. It has NOTHING to do with it.

First of all what does "Its a great day to be a MOUNTAINEER!!!" have to do with anything? Oh wait, it has to be because you ASSUME that I don't like "Mountaineers" or that I don't like WV,(I would never be so childish as to bring that into a conversation such as this one) But I'm sure you know what they say about people who "ASSUME" don't you? :)Being related to Brad Woodburn would definitely have its perks *Yummy Subs AND entertainment* but unfortunately I am not. If you really knew anything about me you'd probably cry for being so pathetically dumb. Would it shock you at all if I said that I didn't even finish High School? Sadly enough I didn't, and I can still hang with the "Smart People" of Vienna, WV! Now I'm sure that admitting this is going to give some people "Ammo" towards me and that's fine because those are the ones that have to "grab straws" just to be included in the conversation anyways! By the way my Birthday isn't until August *Pout*. P.S. GO EERS!!

Well, let me take a guess on Kristina of Marietta and what she is all about, since she likes to weight in every Tuesday and bash the rest of the Mid Ohio Valley on their comments. She is a stay at home mom who graduated with a Political Science degree, and at one time she either worked at a newspaper or the local TV station, or is even secretly related to "Mr. I Saw The Sign Brad Woodburn". I think that if next weeks sign said "Happy Birthday Kristina of Marietta", she would end up making some wild, political "Freedom of Speech....God Save the Queen" comment. P.S. -- It's a great day to be a MOUNTAINEER !!!

You know what I think is funny? The only time some of you people ever see the sign is when you log on to your computer, and type WTAP.com on Tuesdays! Your curious, you want to know, then, you voice an opinion. An opinion that you would have no matter what the sign says! It could have the day's specials on it and you'd still have a negative opinion. I believe that the "Freedom Of Speech" right also gives us the freedom to use it as WE see fit. If I thought it was "fit" to tell you I hope you get cancer and die then I'd surely use my "freedom of Speech" and tell you that. I find it amusing that some people don't have the courage to use the "Freedom of Speech" themselves but don't mind asking someone else to speak for them. I'm sure even some of the most prominent business people in the area are to cowardly to voice their opinion. Sad really! Society has paid your wages and you don't have the courage to tell them what you think?
