The West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission says this Friday's semi-final high school football game between fifth-seed St. Marys and undefeated Williamstown will be held at Williamstown High School.
The decision was made Monday morning after three members of the WVSSAC met at Williamstown High School and determined the school's football field is in acceptable condition.
St. Marys had contested the field's condition, saying it was a poor place to hold the semi-final game.
The game is expected to be a sell-out.
WTAP will have more on preparations for Friday's game tonight on WTAP at Five and WTAP News at Six.
