Parkersburg Drug Task Force member Captain Rick Woodyard says the unidentified man is believed to be from out of the area.

Everyone arrested is expected to have a hearing Friday morning in Wood County Magistrate Court.

Chief Board says the investigation into this bust was months in the making.
