Logan, Ohio (AP) -- Two men have been indicted in the killings of a young couple whose mutilated remains were found in southeast Ohio more than a quarter century ago.
Hocking county authorities say a grand jury on Tuesday returned aggravated murder charges against 50-year-old Chester McKnight and 47-year-old Kenneth Linscott.
They're accused in the 1982 deaths of teenagers Todd Schultz and Annette Cooper, who were engaged.
Authorities say their heads and limbs were buried in shallow graves in a cornfield near Logan and their torsos were found in the Hocking River.
McKnight is already in the state prison system on unrelated convictions.
Linscott was arrested Tuesday and is jailed in Nelsonville.
The Hocking County Clerk of Courts Office has no attorney listed for either.
