As well as trafficking crack cocaine near a minor and trafficking hydrocodone.

He remains in jail in lieu of a $30 ,000 bond.

grow up, judge yourselves, your kids, your relatives...get a life. Drugs are bad, he did it, he is paying for it. Lets all say some prayers for him and move on to someone else...how about our selves???? hmmm?

What is wrong with the people that leave these comments that think they have to act like pathetic little children? From reading these comments you can see who the unmature 'adults' are. She did this, he did that, is so lame. Adults want to put an end to this drug problem in our area not listen to a bunch of garbage because you don't like a certain person. Listening to someone slander a mother, brothers and others in their lives is pathetic. Complement the Drug Task Force or Larry Minks. You have never lived their lives so leave these poor families alone. I have pity for the individuals that act as if they do no wrong, yet they are guilty of doing the same as they that are being judged! Grow up, leave your comment and move on. This is not a chatroom!

First of all I will get one thing strait!!! Misty is a great girl, yes I am a memeber of the family and love them all, but that is not why I am defending her. Misty has had a rough few years. She may not be perfect, but who is???? So what, if she was hangin with the wrong crowd...you mean to tell me you have never made a mistake??? This does not make her a bad person. For all you people running your mouth about her mother and criticizing her parenting skills, is bull crap. You must not know her, She is a great person and has worked her butt off for those girls. I had no idea that god made anyone of you so perfect....I see you have nothing better to do then sit on here and put people down and belittle them. Well it also appears to me that you all have NO life so why don't you get one and saty out of theirs!?????

this is for confused mom: first of all his family and friends has tried to help Warren and his brothers but one can only do so much and first of all you want to help yourself otherwise no one can help. Second of all after all the thieving we are all broke because you can only give what you can and then when people take away what you have left you are left with nothing and they are still a drug addict. so you think you so know so much than you help the family and friends that still hurt and hurt for what was taken away and the help that was given and taken but did no good. where did you get your phd in psychology. Third of all its his kids that will suffer the most because they will be without there father but it is also a blessing because you can't be a good father under the influence of controlled substances. So I would like you to pray for his recovery but be thankful that he can no longer harm himself or others specially the child he had with him while you was conducting business.

Whoever posted: (JT?) ( Posted by: anonymous Location: parkersburg on Mar 17, 2009 at 11:11 PM) Really? You want to bring names into this? You might want to make sure you know who you r talkin bout before you write peoples names on the internet. (Notice I didn't write your full name) This is the first time I have even been on this page, so guess that means u don't have your facts straight and I didn't write "Dear God" plus I know I'm not perfect, Jesus was the only man that has and ever will be! I don't judge anyone I and everyone should leave that up to God! As for Stephen, I didn't even know that he was having trouble, I thought he cleaned up. I hope someday he will not be as selfish as he has been in the past and turn to God. God loves him and so do I! As I do everyone. But God did give us free will, and so it is hard to keep your temper when uneducated people write things that aren't true about other people.

you make stupid decisions, you have to face the consequences no matter what they are. Maybe next time ALL people involved will think twice

I think it is so stupid that they will throw people in jail for small amounts of a substanance. But they will usually let sexual molesters walk the streets, with just a slap on the wrist. way to go...

First of all we cannot judge people because of drugs. Some people get into this stuff to make sure that they have money to take care of their familys. It is against the law, but come on look at the economy right now. The jobs people have don't pay enough to take care of one person let alone a house hold. This is why some people resort to selling drugs.
