Ravenswood Wins Opening Round Game

The Ravenswood boys basketball team is advancing to the semi-finals of West Virginia high school basketball tournament in Charleston.

The 3 seeded Red Devils beat the 6th seeded Webster County Highlanders 45 to 43 in their opening round game Thursday morning.

Ravenswood will now face the winner of the Oak Hill\Phillip Barbour match up on Friday at 11:15am.

    I agree with Sam...Parkersburg South gets big coverage for a loss and St. Marys who won doesn't even get mentioned!! If we are going to get local coverage for these kids lets at least get it all!!
