I agree it is odd it took so long for this to appear to the public. I also live one street away and ALSO had my house broken into and a prescription, new pack of CDs and pack of smokes stolen a few weeks ago. How does this person have knowledge of who takes what? Could we get more in depth as to if he knew this person or if he is somehow finding out what people take?

Good for you anonymous. Could you explain that to the people in Marietta because I don't think they get that concept either.

The Police have done their job, it appears that they have done an investigation and issued a warrant for this person. Every day we see arrests in the news for drugs, assaults and various other crimes. We are just assuming that it is the Police's fault that this is just getting out. It is alway so easy to blame the Police, but what kind of society would it be without them.

Amen to the comment below about drug crimes having harsher punishments than sexual assaults.Maybe lets get them the help for the problem they have, like rehab or drug court. Oh yeah when you get drug court for help around here thay take it away.

I don't think that any thing should be said about it i think that Mr. Waggoner is not the problem here! I know that there are a lot of other people that are in the world like Stephen and they get away with murder, theft, abuse, asult and many other different reasons i think if stephen will be charged in this cse others should too. He has a life and he needs to live it, I mean for gosh sakes he is anly 20 years old hes got about 55 more good years left to spend! Hes was around kids all of his life and he is harm;less to a kid:) The chick should not have been dealing in drugs any how, I read some of the comments and they should not be able to talk like people like they are dogs on the internet :(
