Some educational skills used to teach students at Marietta College may soon be used overseas as well.

Some faculty members from the University of International Relations in China spent the past week looking at various departments at Marietta College.

It's all to see how a small liberal arts university in America runs.

The group says the main skill they hope to take back with them is the college's emphasis on individualism.

"Your policies and your systems try to help every student to develop in their own way, so that actually impresses us the most," Feng Younin said.

UIR is celebrating its 60th anniversary, and is hoping to establish a solid future for the school.
