Lebanon, Ohio (AP) -- Four television stations in Cincinnati have been asked to provide a court with videotaped interviews of jurors who found a man guilty of murder in the bathtub drowning of his wife.

Defense attorneys are seeking a new trial for 28-year-old Ryan Widmer in Warren County Common Pleas Court.

Widmer was found guilty earlier this month of murdering 24-year-old Sarah Widmer and was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.

Seven of the 12 members of the jury were subpoenaed last week after one juror signed a sworn affidavit saying at least three fellow jurors conducted home experiments to test testimony in the case, despite a judge's warning.

Subpoenas filed Monday sought videotape from WLWT, WCPO, WKRC and WXIX.

Judge Neal Bronson has set a hearing for Friday.
