A Davisville man could serve as much as four years in prison for an accident last year, which killed his three-month-old son.
Thirty-two-year-old Stephen Wilburn pleaded guilty in June to a misdemeanor charge of DUI causing death, and a felony charge of child neglect causing injury.
He was sentenced yesterday to a year in prison on the misdemeanor, and one to three years on the felony charge.
Those sentences are to be served consecutively.
Blood alcohol tests taken after the February 2002 crash showed Wilburn was intoxicated.
