Huntington, WV (AP) -- Trial dates have been set for three Cabell County residents on charges stemming from the killing of a social worker.

On Monday, Cabell County Circuit Court judge Alfred Ferguson scheduled a June 30 trial for 51-year-old Steven Foster Sr.

Foster is charged with concealing a body, third-degree arson and being an accessory after the fact to murder.

A May 19 trial was scheduled earlier for Foster's son, 23-year-old Steven Foster Jr., and 23-year-old Rosemary Forney.

They are both charged with murder, second-degree sexual assault and kidnapping.

Foster Jr. and Forney are accused of killing social worker Brenda Yeager during a home visit last July.

The elder Foster is accused of helping to dispose of Yeager's body and car.
