A Marietta mother has pleaded not guilty in the July drowning death of her toddler son.
Last month, 28-year-old Amber Atkinson was indicted in Washington County on a third-degree felony charge.
She was charged after her two-year-old son Caleb Atkinson was found dead in a shallow pool in the backyard of their Harmar Street home.
Atkinson's trial is scheduled for Nov. 19.
