You may recall what some termed a drag-racing ATV death. It happened in mid-July on Nicolette Road in Parkersburg. Friday, warrants were issued for 20-year old David Brannan of Davisville and 19-year old Christopher Miller of Parkersburg on homicide and manslaughter charges.

Fifteen-year old Jeffery Huffman was killed in the accident.

Also 48-year old John Christian, the key suspect in the shooting death of 18-year old Patrick Hupp from September 16 was also indicted and bond denied.

An indictment was also reached on 25-year old Angela Wingrove of Williamstown. Last month her home was set ablaze after a meth lab ignited. Her three-year old son was in the home but escaped injury.
