Huntington, W.Va. (Ap) -- The Cabell County Sheriff's Office has issued an arrest warrant for a North Carolina man accused of dumping the body of a former roommate along Interstate 64 in April.

Sheriff Tom McComas says police are looking for 39-year-old Erick L. Deickman of Morehead City, N.C. Deickman faces charges of felony concealment of a body.

McComas wouldn't say whether Deickman is a suspect in the death of Andrew Mulvany of Carteret County, N.C.

Mulvany's body was found in a sealed, industrial-sized garbage can in April.

State medical examiners concluded the man's death was a homicide.

According to a criminal complaint, deickman and mulvany were friends and former roommates.
