Charleston, W.Va. (AP) -- A fifth car dealership in West Virginia has agreed to make good on a promotion offering customers $500 worth of free gas.
Attorney General Darrell McGraw says Cole Chevrolet-Cadillac of Bluefield will make full restitution to customers who file a complaint with his office.
The agreement stems from a promotion that required people to come to the dealership to see if they had won an automobile, cash or a $500 gas card.
Gas card winners were told they had to pay a $5 registration fee to freebeegas.com.
Winners would receive a $25 gift card for every $100 in gasoline receipts they submitted to the group.
Three other dealerships agreed earlier this year to make restitution for similar promotions involving freebeegas.com.
Another dealership agreed to make restitution for a promotion involving freegascentral.com.
