Buckhannon, W.Va. (AP) -- Planning for West Virginia's largest yard sale is in the final days, with registration for sellers ending Monday.
Bargain hunters from across West Virginia and neighboring states are expected to converge on Upshur and Lewis counties for the annual event Aug. 6-8.
Yard sales are open rain or shine, 8 a.m. To 4 p.m. each day.
The map of participants will be printed in the Record Delta and the Weston Democrat newspapers, and in the Lewis County Value Guide.
Upshur County hotels and motels also will have maps on hand by Aug. 6.
Organizers say the sale has been promoted along the east coast and in the Cincinnati and Pittsburgh areas.
