An Ohio man remains behind bars Tuesday morning.
Police say Robert Tinker threatened to shoot someone in Marietta over the weekend.
It happened Saturday night at 10:45 on Front Street in Marietta during the Ohio River Sternwheel festival.
Washington County sheriff officials say 62-year-old Robert Tinker of Galloway was using obscene language in front of children after leaving a bar.
Officials say when he was confronted, Tinker pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot another person.
Tinker has been charged with illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment, using a weapon while intoxicated and aggravated menacing.
He remains in the Washington County jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
