Wheeling, W.Va. (AP) -- A man who escaped a march trailer fire that killed his 3-year-old son has been indicted on charges of child neglect causing death.

An Ohio County grand jury indicted 44-year-old David Lee Hunter of Elm Grove earlier this week in the death of his son Charles.

Authorities say Hunter was asleep when the fire began and did not do all he could have to save his son.

Prosecutor Scott Smith said Wednesday that Hunter could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

if this is true, and he didnt do ALL he could to save his son, he needs to be ... well i wont say.. but he doesnt deserve to live.. it is your job as a parent to protect your child. if he did all he could do, i feel bad for him. if not, burn in .... what is with all these parents killing their children? they need to be locked up and throw away the key, ALONG with child molesters, rapist, etc.
