An Ohio man with ties to Washington County was arrested on a rape charge at a local restaurant.
Thirty-two-year old Paul Sebring of West Chester, Ohio was picked up Wednesday night by Marietta police. They say they located him at the Applebee's restaurant on Pike Street.
Sebring is charged with the West Chester, Ohio rape and was extradited back to Butler County Thursday afternoon.
