The victim says he was acquainted with Eugene Robert Anderson from the time he was 13 until he was 19.
The witness, who is now 24, also says Anderson photographed some of the sex acts.
He adds he often saw Anderson in the company of male minors.
Earlier in the day, a Bureau of Criminal Identification agent told of yet another "chat room" conversation found in Anderson's computer
“WV Dad: You want me to come with pics later tonight?
Nude Todd: I have CD-ROM drives that record, too.
WV Dad: (signing off) Anderson@Marietta.edu.”
And the agent said some of the computer folders discovered showed movies with males involved in sexual conduct.
The trial is scheduled to resume Wednesday.
