Charleston, W.Va. (AP) -- Residents of a West Virginia town still smarting from a news story that dubbed their community as america's fattest city are worried that a new reality tv show will reopen those wounds.
Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver is taping a show in Huntington to be broadcast next year on ABC aimed at improving the eating habits of residents.
He's made similar shows in his native Britain.
Oliver was drawn to the city because of a 2008 Associated Press story that used federal data to proclaim the five-county Huntington metropolitan area the country's unhealthiest.
Residents still irked by that fear a new round of singling out the city for problems that are widespread across the U.S.
Oliver has said, though, that he doesn't want to engage in harmful stereotyping.
