Roanoke, W.Va. (AP) -- The role of information technology in the health care industry is the focus of a statewide conference next week.
The conference is set for Oct. 15-16 at Stonewall Resort.
Dr. Michael Fidler, the conference's planning committee chairman, says resources will be provided to help physicians and health centers use technology to improve patient care.
The conference is being sponsored by the State Medical Foundation, the Educational and Charitable Foundation of the State Medical Association, and the Charleston Area Medical Center's Health Education and Research Institute.
