Chief Bob Newell says 34-year-old Charles Brannon of Belpre was arrested Tuesday night at the intersection of 5th and Green Streets in Parkersburg.
Newell says Brannon was picked up on a fugitive warrant for an Ohio parole violation. On Sunday the City Perk Cafe on Pike Street was held up.
Brannon is being held in jail pending a hearing in Wood County Circuit Court Wednesday. He is being looked at as a suspect in other lottery parlor robberies around Wood County.
