Williamstown, W.Va. (AP) -- Hino Motors Manufacturing USA Inc. is temporarily increasing production at its Williamstown plant to about 20 trucks a day.

The plant currently produces eight to 10 trucks a day.

Production will increase in december and some temporary workers will be hired.

Sandy Ring, general manager of external and legal affairs, says it's difficult to say how long the increased production will continue.

Hino will continue to monitor the market.
