Charleston, W.Va. (AP) -- A former Dunbar police officer faces up to a year in prison for violating a woman's civil rights.
Raymond O. Conley pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court in Charleston.
He admitted asking the woman for sexual favors in exchange for dropping a drug charge against her.
According to court records, Conley let the woman go after having sex with her.
The 39-year-old Conley is scheduled to be sentenced March 18.
