Charleston, W.Va. (AP) -- Gov. Joe Manchin is scheduled to participate in a wreath laying ceremony in memory of the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
The ceremony is planned for noon Monday at the Veterans Memorial at the Capitol Complex.
The event is one of several planned in Charleston to commemorate the attack that brought the United States into World War II.
Charleston has scheduled a remembrance ceremony for noon at the Lee and Capitol streets.
And the West Virginia Archives and History Library is set to display war memorabilia from 7 p.m. To 9 p.m.
