The Vienna man who was involved in Tuesday's standoff was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with a felony.
Dwight Matlack is charged with wanton endangerment with a firearm.
You may remember police responded to the 65-year-old's house on 42nd Street and 8th avenue in Vienna on Tuesday. That's when Matlack allegedly made threats to police.
After an hour and a half authorities were able to apprehend Matlack.
He was arraigned in Magistrate Court and his bond was set at $2,500.
Vienna police say additional charges are pending.
