Michael Snyder was arraigned for allegedly setting fire to a hay bale, his bond was set at $2,000.
Snyder was arrested in late July for the destruction of headstones at Bethany Christian Church in Wood County July 15.
A second suspect, Joshua Lawrence Parks, was arrested for the same crime on Wednesday, and a third suspect is being sought in the case.
