If you thought it looked like the halls of West Virginia University at Parkersburg are busier than ever, you'd be right.
The college is experiencing its largest increase in enrollment since 1999.
Nearly 3,400 students are enrolled this fall.
This semester, WVU-P added seven new undergraduate certificates, and a new criminal justice degree through West Virginia State College.
Officials say the increase of promise scholarships to the campus also contributed to the enrollment increase.
