Fatal Shooting In Pennsboro

An argument between two men turn fatal Saturday night in Pennsboro.

West Virginia State Police responded to a complaint of shots fired at 702 East Penn Avenue at approximately 9:24 PM.

When officers arrived, they found 22-year-old Steven Andrew Fisher outside the house and detained him.

As officers entered the home, they found Fisher's father, 51-year-old Michael Clarence Ogle.

Ogle was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police got word that Fisher and Ogle got into an argument. Fisher would then shoot his father multiple times with a .357 Caliber.

Fisher is charged with murder.

No word on which jail he was taken to or when his arraignment is.
