Wood County Habitat for Humanity held another dedication ceremony in Belleville Sunday afternoon.

Friends, family and representatives from Habitat congratulated Taylor Meade and her daughter, Peyton on their new home.

Meade received numerous gifts from Habitat and others such as books and housing supplies.

Catholic Charities West Virginia helped sponsor the house for the family.

"It's great to help families no matter what size they are you know. One of our goals is to get families out of substandard housings so no matter what the family make up is, it's important that we consider that but we're really excited to have another one under our belt," says Wood County Habitat for Humanities Executive Director, Alvin Phillips.

Habitat is asking for volunteers for their next home at 1010 Summers Street in Parkersburg.
