Another case of animal cruelty in Washington County. Two dogs were dead when the Washington County Sheriff's Department arrived on scene.

Washington County Dog Warden Kelly Mcglinton says they received a complaint of a boxer tied up with no food or water at 914 Mcgill Road.

Officials say upon arriving at the scene they found six puppies, one chihuahua and a boxer living in deplorable conditions. They also found two dead dogs outside the residence.

Officials say the owners of the house were cooperative and they did not need a search warrant.

Thirty-six-year-old Jeffery Davis and twenty-five-year-old Rayanna Davis were both charged with three counts each of animal cruelty and one count of failure to register.
