The arts took center stage Thursday as Artsbridge kicked off its annual United Arts Fund campaign.
With a breakfast bugle call to the Valley for financial support to reach its $75,000 goal.
Artsbridge director Jane Irvine says the most vital part of Artsbridge funding goes for the arts in education program, focusing on students in the schools.
"We want to foster a lifelong love of the arts and appreciation of the arts... and that has to begin at an early age and we're very excited we can offer that for our students," she says.
Irvine says they mailed 1,800 pledge cards Wednesday.
If you did not receive one, you can call or email the office or if you see her on the street, just ask.
They would love to have a donation, anything you can manage will count.
