One Parkersburg family was blessed with a home from the Wood County Habitat for Humanity Sunday afternoon.

The organization held a house warming party for Michael Oyler and Kayla Corbin at 1300 Dillaway Street.

This is the 67th house Habitat for Humanity has built this year.

West Virginia Central Credit Union sponsored the home for both Oyler and Corbin.

"There's really no feeling for it, it's just very exciting just to be able to raise my daughter in a secured home. I couldn't think Habitat and all the volunteers especially West Virginia Central Credit Union enough," says Corbin.

The home is one of 25 houses throughout West Virgnia that was built during the 25 anniversary of Habitat for Humanity's existence in the state.

Olyer and Corbin says they plan on moving into the home Monday.
