More than 600 last week and more than 400 Wednesday afternoon.

That's the continuing line at the Gospel Mission Food Pantry.

Pantry owner Candy Waite says the need so great, she is there everyday now and people keep piling in.

Waite says the supplies are running a little short but the volunteers are unbelievably helpful and without them none of this could happen.

She says this holiday season brings in more and more new faces.

Waite says they're also gathering donations for Christmas shoe boxes to give to little ones on Christmas.

Donations can be brought to the pantry at any time.
