DAVISVILLE, W.Va. (AP) - Representatives of a Davisville-based economic development group are in Chicago this week participating in the Global Plastics Summit.
Polymer Alliance Zone of West Virginia works to market the state's plastics industry and recruit plastic-related companies to West Virginia.
Polymer alliance zone president Karen Facemyer says in a news release that West Virginia is primed for growth in the plastic industry. She cites the state's proximity to market, available infrastructure, low cost feedstocks and a skilled workforce.
