Updated: Fri 12:53 PM, Dec 28, 2012

A driver leaves the scene of a late night crash, but he's found by police and arrested.

It happened at about midnight last night.

Chris McClung says he was sitting in the living room in his apartment at 3107 Avery Street in Parkersburg when he heard a crash and the apartment shook.

He went outside and found a car crashed into the corner of his garage.

McClung says the male driver was near the car, yelling down the alley at a female who was running off.

McClung told the driver not to take off, but he did.

McClung says the driver smelled like alcohol.

Parkersburg Police confirm the driver was found shortly after the crash and arrested on suspicion of DUI.
