Police are releasing new information on a car crash in Belpre Saturday night.
They say 35 year old David McPherson caused the crash.
He's charged with OVI, driving left of center, no operations license, expired registration, and not wearing a seat belt.
The wreck happened on Saturday behind Belpre High School.
McPherson was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
In the other car, a 54 year old woman and a seven year old girl were both hurt in the accident.
They were also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

At least two people are taken to the hospital after a head on crash in Belpre Saturday night.
It happened around 10:00 in the evening at the intersection of Campus and Stone behind Belpre High School.
Police say two cars hit head on and one person was trapped in the car. They say an elderly woman and young child were in the other car.
First responders say at least two people were taken to the hospital by ambulance. They say one may have serious injuries.
There's no word on the condition of the other people involved in the wreck or how it happened.
According to Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks, the two cars hit head on behind Belpre High School on Maple Street.
One driver is trapped in their car.
An elderly woman and young child were in the other car. No word yet on their condition.
