A Pleasants County man pleaded guilty to five felony counts Friday. The charges include sexual assault against three girls he was supposed to be mentoring.
Jesse Gutierrez waived being indicted and pleaded guilty Friday by way of information.
Prosecutors say he sexually assaulted three teens between the ages of 14 and 16. He was a Pleasants County Boys and Girls Club Leader and those girls were in his care.
Gutierrez is charged with two counts of sexual assault in the third degree and two counts of distribution in display to a minor child of obscene material. He's also charged with one count of attempting to use a minor to produce obscene material or assist in doing sexual explicit conduct.
The prosecutor recommended he be locked up due to the nature of the crimes. He says the girls expressed concern about having to deal with the pain of what Gutierrez did to them. The judge agreed, and Gutierrez is back in jail.
He'll be sentenced June 5th and could face a maximum sentence of 21 years in prison.

The case of a former teen outreach coordinator will go to the Pleasants County grand jury.
Jesse Gutierrez is accused of having sex with a child in his care in 2010.
He was fired by the Pleasants County Boys and Girls Club after his arrest earlier this month.
He waived his preliminary hearing this morning in magistrate court.
The grand jury's next scheduled session is in January.
No longer an employee.
That's what the Pleasants County Boys and Girls Club says about one of its staff members.
Teen Outreach Coordinator Jesse Gutierrez was arrested last week, after he was accused of having sex with a child in his care two years ago.
The Pleasants County Magistrate's Office says he's free on a $10,000 bond, and has a hearing scheduled September 26th.
The club Tuesday wouldn't comment on the allegations, but Executive Director Mike Kersteter issued a statement to the media.
"Allegations of misconduct by an employee, have been brought to the attention of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Pleasants County, through contact with law enforcement officials.. The organization is deeply concerned about these allegations, and is cooperating fully with local law enforcement authorities in a thorough investigation of this case.
Upon notice from the authorities, the employee was immediately suspended without pay, and has since been terminated. The former employee is barred from any access to Boys & Girls Club facilities and programs."
"The Boys & Girls Club of Pleasants County has as its primary concern the safety and well-being of the young people it serves. The organization does not tolerate illegal or inappropriate activity or behavior on the part of any staff member, volunteer or youth member. To help ensure the safety of our members, all of its employees and volunteers that have direct contact with children must undergo a thorough background check prior to employment."
"We also conduct regular trainings for employees and volunteers to ensure clarity on what is defined as appropriate boundaries when working with children. Likewise, we have a ratio of at least one supervisor to 10 young people, and volunteers or employees are not to be alone with a child.
The organization cannot make further comment on this case until the investigation is completed and the case is resolved."
