Some leftover money means there will be a facelift for Parkersburg South High School's Rod Oldham Athletic Center.
The Wood County Board of Education approved the project earlier this week, which involves replacing the center's aging bleachers this summer.
Assistant Superintendent Mike Fling says the money comes from a refinancing of bonds approved nearly a decade ago.
Those bonds funded major renovations at Parkersburg, Parkersburg South and Williamstown High Schools.
Fling says the bond money can only be spent on the county's high schools.
