Fire fighters responded to Stanleyville Narrows Road at around 8:30 Saturday night.
Fire broke out at one barn, and spread to another nearby. Both are a total loss.
Officials say all the animals escaped, but tractors and other farm equipment were completely destroyed.
The barns also housed around 300 round bales of hay.
The cause of the fire is unknown. The state fire marshall will conduct an investigation.
No foul play is suspected at this point.
The Devola, Lower Salem, and Fearing Township Volunteer Fire Departments are all still on scene working to contain the fire.
Officials say it's likely the rubble will smolder for several more days.
