Police release the names of four people killed in a crash on Interstate 79 in Roane County.

The victims are;
Mr. Travon Jamal Frisby (20 years of age, from Middle River, Maryland), Mr. Cameron Marcus Shields (19 years of age, from Middle River, Maryland), Mr. Steven Ranjo (40 years of age, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), and Mr. Leo Ranjo (88 years of age, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).

The crash happened when the car the two teenage boys were in crossed the median and hit another car head on. All four were killed on impact.

An investigation by the West Virginia State Police will determine a cause.

Four people are dead after a head on collision along Interstate 79 in Roane County.

Police say two teenage boys were driving North on 79 Saturday, when they crossed the median and hit another car head on.

The two teenagers and the two men in the other vehicle, a Volkswagon Jetta, were all killed on impact.

The state police are investigating the accident and looking for the cause.

The victims names are not being released at this time.
