Richard Dale Harding wastwo concurrent 12-month sentences Monday, or a total of one year.
He will serve the sentence under home confinement.

He led police on a drunken car chase in July 2011 and, Tuesday, he admitted to it all.
Richard Harding pleaded guilty to DUI second offense and carrying a concealed deadly without a license.
In July of last year, officers responded to a call about a man with a firearm at a home on Lynn Street.
They found Harding's pick up truck driving around, but when they tried to stop him Harding took off, leading them on a dangerous chase.
Harding will be sentenced December 10.
