The Washington County Democratic Party hit the streets and knocked on doors to make sure each registered voter heads to the polls on Tuesday.
The volunteers urged residents to make sure America continues to move forward under the leadership of President Barack Obama.
"Well, we're concerned about the economy. It is the number one issue in this presidential campaign and we have a lot of information from the Romney campaign and a lot of information from the Obama campaign," says Washington County Democratic Chairperson, Molly Varner.
Local democratic leaders feel the country is seeing positive change from President Obama's efforts.
In the latest 'Real Clear Politics' poll President Barack Obama leads in the Ohio with 49.4% of the vote. Gov. Romney holds 46.5% of the vote in the Buckeye state.
