Patients from the Strecker Cancer Center became fashion superstars Thursday evening.

Over 30 female patients participated in the tenth annual Fashion Show, An Evening with the Stars at Marietta College.

These models strutted their stuff showing the large crowd various outfits.

Doctor Kelly Cawley was there introducing each model and the experiences they have with cancer.

Strecker Cancer Center is raising money for its patients and their families.

This event is an opportunity for the cancer patients to be in the spotlight for having the courage to do anything in life despite being diagnosed.

"This is an excellent way to spread the word in this community. It's unbelievable how many people in this community are affected by cancer. This evening, we're going to ask everyone to stand that's been a cancer survivor or affiliated with someone that is," says Memorial Health Foundation Development Assistant, Mariesa McCloud.

Peoples Bank has been the largest donor as they gave the Strecker Cancer Center a $5,000 check.

Last year, the cancer center has raised about $30,000.
