One Marietta non-profit residential care facility held an open house Sunday afternoon.

Potential senior women and their families were at The Woman's Home to see what the historic facility has to offer.

They got to see several renovations inside the building including the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

The 128-year-old building provides long-term and respite care for the seniors along with a family like setting that will make them feel right at home.

"It's just we're showing off the pride of our home, we're showing how proud we are, how we look and everybody needs to come in and see us, seeing as believing," says The Woman's Home Manager, Debi Stengel.

Officials at The Woman's Home say they will have another open house some time in the spring.

If you would like to tour the facility, please contact Debi Stengel at 740-373-2329. She is available for touring Monday-Friday from 7am to 3pm. Also visit their website:
