Deputies arrest a Meigs County man on two counts of attempted murder.

All after a fight at the 41-year-old's house on State Route 143.

Sheriff Keith Wood says Neal Bonecutter shot Allen Brickles in the lower leg and shot at Melissa Dickens as she ran from the house.

Brickles was taken to Holzer Medical Center and later transferred to Cabell Huntington Trauma Unit.

His condition is unknown at this time.

The Meigs County Sheriff's Office searched the home of Bonecutter and Dickens, finding drugs and a large amount of cash.

More charges are pending.

Bonecutter is in Middleport jail.
