Parkersburg Police arrested Emory Kelley Terrell on 7 felony counts of distribution of materials depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and one felony count of possession of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children notified the police department about child pornography being uploaded in our area.
Detectives searched Terrell's Pike Street home, taking several devices as evidence.
He was indicted by a grand jury earlier this month and was arrested by detectives Friday.
Terrell is out on bond.
